Amritsar Child Development Project by Help A Child of India in collaboration with Billion Hearts Beating Foundation and Apollo hospitals organized a General Medical camp to provide free health screening services and to create awareness about preventive healthcare. Also to improve access to healthcare services among vulnerable communities. The camp focused on children, elderly people, women and other community members. The camp was conducted at 5 target areas, Preet Nagar, Kirpal colony, Faizpura, Malikpur and Sanjay Gandhi colony from 13th July 2026 to 20th July 2026. A total of 494 beneficiaries received free medical screenings, consultation and medicines. The free General Health screening camp successfully achieved its objectives by providing accessible healthcare services to vulnerable families.
