Event Description

The Awareness Program on Anaemia and Nutrition was organized by Help A Child of India commemorating national nutrition month at Dr. Ambedkar Youth Welfare Association on 12th September 2025. Mrs. Anbazhagi, Deputy Director from ICDS and a renowned expert in nutrition delivered a key note address on the importance of nutrition in preventing anaemia. She highlighted on different kinds of food and its benefits like Protective foods, Energy giving foods and Body Building foods. She also explained about the causes, symptoms and preventive strategies with a focus on nutrition. Around 60 people participated and got benefited. The same awareness program was held at Dr. Ambedkar Mandram Pulianthope on 19th September 2025
