27 August 2020 :Honouring the work of frontline health workers of Greater Chennai Corporation, HACI  provided 5500 face shields  to those who risk their lives during COVID 19 to protect us. Our way of saluting the great work to combat COVID in Chennai city. Mr Prakash commissioner received the first shield and tried it on a team member appreciating the kind gesture. Dr. DJ Edwin, CEO Help A Child was present along with other dignitaries.
